A diamond is forever: Amul pays tribute to ‘original’ James Bond Sean Connery

Dairy brand Amul paid tribute to the late ‘James Bond’ star Sean Connery who died at the age of 90 on Sunday.
Amul shared a new cartoon featuring his signature mascot on Twitter this evening in a monochrome post with the late actor.
Doodle Connery in the ‘007 James Bond’ incarnation, as he shoots a revolver because Amul is standing in the back while holding the mascot diamond. It also has a huge diamond on the right side of the Connery with the classic 007 Lam with.
Doodle was dubbed “A Diamond Is Forever”, referring to the seventh film starring Connery as Bond, titled ‘Diamonds Are Forever’.
And when he synced to the popular conversation “Bond James Bond” from the franchise’s much-loved spy-thriller, he noted, “Connery. Sean Connery. (1930-2020.)
“#Amul Topical: A tribute to the original James Bond!” Amul wrote on Twitter with the cartoon.
The Scottish-born actor has been an audience favorite for more than 40 years and is one of the most trusted and distinguished leading men on screen. Once dove into Ian Fleming’s sexy agent 007, he reported ‘The Wind and the Lion,’ ‘The Man Who Would Be King’ and ‘Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade,’ Variety reported.
The actor’s notable role as Brian De Palma’s tough Irish cop in the depression era Chicago in 1987’s The Untouchables won him a supporting actor Oscar.
As he enters his seventh decade, Connery’s star power is so strong that he is constantly in demand and beautifully rewarded
