How to file Aadhaar related complaint
Login first by visiting the official website of UIDAI.
After that go to the UIDAI section. There you will see the ‘grievance redress’ option, click on it.
Under ‘UIDAI Contact Center’, select ‘Submit a Complaint’, click on it.

How to get a new Aadhaar card
According to UIDAI, you can present your Aadhaar at your nearest Aadhaar enrollment center with your proof of identity, address proof and biometric visualization. Here you have to pay a small fee to get Aadhaar card again.
