A photo of the tea garden was conveyed by the BJP
The image used by Congress for the Assam Save campaign last week is not from Assam, but from Taiwan. Himanta Biswa Sharma attacked Congress for ‘Same Assam’ campaign. Shared two pictures related to it. One photo is from the congressional advertising campaign and the other is from the photoshoot, which shows that the tea plantation is not from Assam but from Taiwan. Himanta tweeted, “Congress’s official campaign page is saying ‘Save Assam’ by posting a photo of Taiwan’s tea garden. Congress leaders do not even recognize Assam.
