Air India allows affected travelers to change their travel dates due to Bharat Bandh of Kisan movement

The shutdown of India as part of the farmers’ protest has pushed public sector Air India to end any show of affected passengers and change the date of any one day ticket. The farmers who have been protesting against the central government’s new agrarian laws for the past 12 days at the Delhi border have been called ‘Bharat Bandha’. This India Band will be held from 11 am to 3 pm today.

Farmers have called on Bharat Bandh to oppose the central government’s new agricultural laws. This is why Delhi Police has increased the inspection of vehicles, causing traffic congestion. Those traveling from Uttar Pradesh and Haryana to Delhi are facing a lot of difficulties in such a situation.

Air India tweeted that passengers who cannot reach the airport due to the 8th will be allowed to reschedule their travel schedule (change the ticket to the second date). Neither of them can put on a show. This exemption applies to flights arriving from any airport in the country on 8 December 2020.
