Anil Ambani has filed an appeal challenging the bankruptcy judgment and the appointment of an Interim Relief Officer (IRP).

The Delhi High Court has issued notice to SBI as well as the Indian Bankruptcy Compensation Board (IBBI) and the corporate ministry.

The hearing of the case has been postponed to November 10.

In 2012, the company, owned by Anil Ambani, got a loan. A United Kingdom court hearing the case ruled on May 22.

On May 22, a UK court ruled that Anil Ambani should pay US $ 717 million to Chinese banks.

Anil Ambani has challenged the legal battle.
