Ayurvedic Milk-
To prepare ayurvedic milk, soak 10 almonds and 3 dates or raisins overnight. If there are dates, do not soak them, you can use them directly. Peel the almonds in the morning and take the pearl seeds and grind both. Then mix this paste in lukewarm milk and add turmeric, cinnamon and cardamom powder to it. Now add 1 tablespoon of ghee to it and mix well and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning. Remember, after drinking milk in the morning, do not eat anything for 40 minutes.
Consuming Ayurvedic milk not only boosts the body’s immunity, but also increases the sexual ability of men, sperm count and memory.
Protein Diet-
To maintain stomach and intestinal health, you should include a protein rich diet in your diet. In addition to protein-rich ingredients such as cottage cheese, pulses, whole grains and eggs, you should also include fruits and vegetables in your diet. These proteins, which are included in the diet, will help you maintain a healthy stomach and help you lose weight.
Foods rich in prebiotics-
A diet rich in prebiotics increases the good bacteria in the gut. Furthermore, add colorful fruits and vegetables to the diet. Include probiotics in foods such as yogurt, fermented dairy foods, goat’s milk and miso soup, sauerkraut or pickles.

Sont ka sarbat is a traditional drink that is usually consumed in the rainy season to stomach upset. Its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties reduce abdominal cramps and pain, fever, nausea and headache associated with stomach infections.
To make dry ginger syrup, first boil dry ginger in 1 glass of water. Now add the jaggery, salt and roasted cumin in it. Now brew it in the glass. Now serve it after it has cooled down a bit.
