August 13 – Patriots Day – Friday – Imphal closes banks.

Banks will close on the second Saturday, August 14.

15 August – Sunday week holiday.

August 16 – Parsi New Year – Banks will close in Mumbai, Nagpur and Belapur.

Aug 19 – Moharram holiday – Agartala, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Srinagar and Raipur.

August 21 – Banks in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram will be closed due to Thiruvonam.

There will be a week-long holiday – August 22 – Sunday.

August 23 – Sri Narayana Guru Jayanti – Banks will be closed in Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram.

August 30 – Banks closed in Ahmedabad, Chennai, Dehradun, Gangtok, Guwahati, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Lucknow, Panaji, Patna, Raipur, Shillong and Shimla due to Janmashtami and Krishna Jayanti.

August 31: Banks will not open in Hyderabad today due to Shri Krishna Janmashtami.
