The arrested were Sheikh Abrar (23), Saifullah Basha (26), Mufidwullah Khan (29) and Atik Hussain (29) from RT Nagar, who were residing at HBR Layout. He was paid Rs 28.3 lakh including 10 Royal Enfield and 3 Pulsar. 20 bikes of value were seized.
