Cabinet approval to issue a memorandum of understanding

Bangalore: The Cabinet meeting on Thursday agreed to issue an enjoining order for the implementation of the Land Reform Act, the APMC Amendment Act and the Industrial Disputes Act.

The ordinances were passed at a recent assembly session. But it has not yet been adopted in the methodology council. The Land Reform and APMC Act has not yet been approved in the council. But the Labor Amendment Act had failed in the council. The BJP does not have a majority in the Parishad. Thus, the state government has issued an enjoining order to implement this controversial law.

The decision was taken at a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa today.

Tata Technologies Ltd has upgraded 150 government industrial training centers at a cost of Rs 4,636.50 crore, including special rules to allow athletes to be recruited directly to PSI and DYSP posts, including the Maulana Azad Trust and Dr. Jagjivan Ram Research Center.
