The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) told Gurwar that the British court’s ruling in the case of Nirav Modi is important and that all fugitives involved in major fraud cases cannot escape the law by changing their residence. The court order said the agency’s extensive investigation proves to be true, especially when Neerav defended the evidence, the legitimacy of the investigation, the trial and the jail conditions to distract him from his own actions. Availability Health organizations in India pose a variety of problems.
Prior to that, the London-based Westminster Magistrates’ Court had accepted the request of the Government of India to hand over Neerav and said the evidence against him was the primary face of ordering India to hand over the charges.
The court relied on India’s assurances and rejected the defendants’ appeal for human rights violations, impartial trial and questioning of prison conditions and referred the case to the UK Foreign Minister for a final decision.
The CBI said, “This decision is significant in the wake of the CBI’s efforts to curb corruption and that parasites cannot consider themselves in the process only by changing the jurisdiction by committing fraud.” The Crown Prosecution Service’s advocates and officials from various government agencies, particularly the London High Commission and Foreign Ministry, have made outstanding efforts at all levels in this regard, it said.
