Bangalore: In five years, KPCC president DK Sivakumar has increased the property value to Rs 128.60 crore, which is 44 per cent higher than revenue despite cost overruns.

The CBI quoted the FIR as saying that an FIR has been lodged and investigated in the background for failing to provide adequate documentation.

The Income Tax Department had informed the state government that it was investigating and investigating during the 2017 Gujarat Rajya Sabha elections.

The investigation found that the Income Tax Act 1961 was violated by Section 276C (1), 277 and 278 of the Indian Penal Code, 193,199 and 120 (b). The investigation information was forwarded to the state government for legal action.

More than 60 CBI officials have raided 16 houses, including the residence of DK Sivakumar in Sadashivanagar, Bangalore, along with his residence at a large aadahalli in Ramanagar.
