Ingredients for raw mango vegetables-
– Mango – 1 cup
-Add – 1/2 cup
Cumin – 1/4 tsp
-Red chilli – 5-6
-Rea – 1/2 tsp
– Curry leaves – 8-10
-Nariel – 1/2 cup (grated)
Coriander – 4-5
-Hing- a pinch
– Salt – depending on taste

Method of making raw mango vegetable –
To make a raw mango vegetable, first peel the mango and cut it into pieces. After this, take the water in a pot and cut the raw mango pieces in it and boil it until the mango is melted. Now take some water in a second bowl, add jaggery to it and mix well. After that, filter this water and set aside. After this, add the cooked mango to the mixer and add roasted red chillies and grated coconut to it and make a fine paste.

Once this is done, put some oil in the skillet and add the mustard and curry leaves when the oil is hot. After adding the tempering, boil it with jaggery and then add the mango paste and run well. After this add a cup of water and salt. Your raw mango vegetable is ready. Add green coriander to the vegetable and serve.
