CM Yogi Adityanath has instructed to prosecute accused under NSA

The Hathras district of Uttar Pradesh has once again emerged. In Nauzarpur village, the accused shot dead his father after he complained of molestation. Realizing this, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed the authorities to take stern action against the murderers. He has also directed the National Security Act (NSA) to take action against all accused involved in the murder.

In fact, farmer Amrish Sharma (52 years) filed a report on July 16, 2018, alleging that accused Gaurav infiltrated and harassed the house. The accused has been in jail for 15 days and has been feeling guilty ever since. Gaurav was demanding a decision in the case. Amirish was digging potatoes in his fields around 4am on Monday afternoon. At the same time, his wife and daughter came to feed the fields. Meanwhile, the accused landed in a white car with his two companions and began firing rapidly.

One of the accused was shot and seriously injured during the shootings. The fraudsters put the injured accused in a car and escaped. At the same time, family members took Amrish to the district hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead. Amarish’s daughter has filed a report at the police station, which names Gaurav, Rohtas Sharma, Nikhil Sharma, Lalit Sharma and two others. The police took immediate action and arrested Santosh Sharma, son of accused murderer Lalit Sharma.
