In the aftermath of the coronation epidemic in the country, the workframe has begun to use the home system. According to a joint survey by Industry Chamber CII and Human Resources Advisory Talentonic, 80 per cent of companies have agreed that virtual meetings and remote working are now gaining momentum compared to the early days.
In the survey, many foreign companies consider 100% work from home to be successful and profitable. About 75 percent of the car maker Maruti works from home and their productivity has reached the level of the corona in the past. Indigo is currently using half of Corona’s capacity first and the company has now determined that 25 percent of its employees will always work from home.
Given Corona’s growing influence and social security, companies want this system to continue. About 69 percent of organizations are in this right. At the same time, about 68 percent of organizations have changed their home-work policies, making them much easier. However, 57 percent of organizations concerned about the new system see it as a cause of social change.
Emphasis on digitization
In this environment, companies are increasingly consolidating their digital infrastructure. About 62 percent of organizations are using the new technology. Only 5% of such companies remain, for which digitization is not a priority.
Through technology, companies are not only launching virtual products but also working with team meetings to the fullest and show the goods to customers. There are 37 per cent of companies that spend money on technology to monitor employee performance during Workframe Homes.
