GST Collection June 2021: The data for the June GST collection was released on Tuesday by the Ministry of Finance. For the eight consecutive months, there has been a decline in GST collections of over 1 lakh. According to government-released data, GST collections in June stood at Rs 92,849 crore. GST collection in May stood at Rs 1,02,709 trillion. The effect of the second wave of corona can be seen in this time GST collection.
According to government-released data, this time Rs 92,849 crore has been received as GST, out of which CGST is Rs 16,424 crore and SGST Rs 20,397 crore. And IGST Rs 40,079 crore. (Including Rs 809 crore collected on import of goods).
Total GST revenues for the month of June 2021 stood at Rs 92,849 crore. This includes the collection of GST from domestic transactions b / w from June 5 to July 5, 2021, as taxpayers were given various remedial measures in the wake of the second wave of COVID pic.twitter.com/DmA0HA68Am
