Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is tightening its grip on drugs in Bollywood. The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has arrested comedian Bharti Singh’s husband Harsh Limbachia, who is now under constant attack. Earlier, Bharti Singh was arrested yesterday. NCB raided Bharati Singh’s manufacturing office and home and seized 86.5 grams of jute from both places. Both also admitted to consuming marijuana.
However, experts say the amount of jute recovered from Bharathi’s house is very low. As such it is not included in commerce. When the amount of marijuana is greater than 900 grams or sometimes it is considered up to one kilogram.

One thousand grams of jute is considered a minor and can be punished with imprisonment for six months or a fine of Rs 10,000. Up to 20 years in prison on a commercial scale (20kg or more). The amount in between could be up to 10 years in prison. The officer said, Singh’s name came up when questioned by a drug dealer. The agency is also conducting searches at two other locations in the city, he said. Bharati Singh has appeared in many comedy and reality shows on TV. Following the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput in June, the NCB is investigating drug use in Bollywood.
