It is originally a traditional Maharashtra dessert, made in the winter and is often served to the new mother. These nutritious laddoos are made of iron-rich haleem seeds, made from jaggery, grated coconut, ghee and some dried fruit.

All you need to do is Haleem Ladoo
Cup Haleem Seeds / Garden Cress Nuts
Half a cup of coconut water
1 cup palm jaggery organic
1.5 cup grated coconut
Finely chop 2 tablespoons cashews
2 tablespoons almonds finely chopped
2 tablespoons ghee
Cardamom seeds
Teaspoon nutmeg powder

Learn how to make ladders now
1. First take a small bowl and put the haleem seeds in it. Then add coconut water and mix well. Rinse it for 1 hour until the haleem seeds are well inflated.
2. Meanwhile, heat the pan over medium heat and add the jaggery with a little water. Stir well until it melts completely. It should look like wire syrup.
3. Now add the soaked Haleem seeds to it and mix well. To avoid any lumps, then add grated coconut and mix well.
4. Then reduce the flame and add the ghee, mixing once. Add chopped cashews, almonds, cardamom seeds and nutmeg powder. Mix all ingredients well.
5. Now turn off the fire and let the mixture cool for a minute. When a little hot, make small laddoos out of the mixture.
6. Now the nutritious Haleem Ladoo is ready to serve!
NOTE: You can make 15 to 20 laddoos from this material. Carefully store it in an airtight container with a closed lid. It can be stored for 15 days at room temperature.
