Ingredients for making papad samosa –
– Papa-4
– Salt – depending on taste
– Red chilli – 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tbsp
– Moong – 1 cup
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tbsp
Cashews – 1 tbsp
Oil – as needed
– Green chilli – 2 chopped

How to Make Papad Samosa –
To prepare the papad samosa, first soak the moong dal in water one day and grind it into the mixer the next day. Now heat the oil in a skillet, add the cumin, green chilli and fry for a while, add the ground moong and cook well. After this, mix well with garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli and salt. After cooking for about 5-6 minutes, turn off the gas after mixing the cashews in it. Now take a papad, fill the moong dal filling in the middle and cover the papad edge with wheat flour. If you prefer, you can also add baked potatoes. Now heat the oil in the skillet and deep fry the papad samosa in it until golden. Your papad samosa is ready to serve. You can serve it with chutney, sauce or mashed potatoes.
