Eight people have been killed and four injured in a road accident in Tonk district of Rajasthan on Tuesday night. The accident occurred on National Highway No. 12 at around 2.15 pm, Toshar Sadar Police Station Dasarat Singh said. A large jeep filled with passengers collides with a trolley from behind, then the jeep is stuck between a culvert and a trolley.
Eight people died on the spot, four were injured, he said. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital. The people in Jeep were residents of Jirapur (Rajgarh) in Madhya Pradesh.
