The girl was still startled. She thinks of Bhima’s advice. I should write him a letter. Bhima peers out the window. I’ll bring pen and paper for you tomorrow. We stand outside the whole night. You don’t have to worry about anyone.
Dhansukhlal tells Mahar that he lied. That girl can talk! Maharaj says everyone can lie when they want and be honest about the subject. The same applies to you. You lied to everyone by saying you went there to find out if she could talk or not. Dhansukhlal looks down. Maharaj tells them to find out who is keeping the silence here. There is a shocking truth behind every silence.
While Bhima and Bala are guarding Dhruva’s hut, Ram Ji and Bhimbai sit on their balconies and watch the children. Ram Ji asks Bhimbai if he has found a job. He shakes his head. Half of them will not hire me because of my caste and the rest will be afraid of Maharajas. Get a job though. Seth ji said that there is some work in Goregaon. Bhimbai says this is far from over. He is the reason any place where a man can find a job should be close to him. What should I worry about when I have a wife like you? Now go and relax. I’m with the kids. She looks at them.
The next morning Bhima brings a piece of paper and pencil to the girl. Write it down soon and tell me who I should give it to. She hesitates. How can girls read and write? Bala and Bhima’s widow are moving to the girl’s lover’s town (Tikri). Bhima says he has to wait till night to deliver a message to Bala. Bhima asks a person on their way to Tikri because they know that people can question their species.
The person of Satara and Bhima-bala will continue their journey and speak to random people on their way. Bala and Bhima finally get to know the exact spot from a person. It’s close so they decide to wait a while.
A man tells the villager that a girl is missing from Tikri village. He tells him the way. The man decides to ask for more money from Seth Ji (Dhansukhlal). It’s night. Bhima and Bala walk to the said place. The Satara man meets a man who asks about the girl missing from Tikri. He takes them to the widow girl’s house.
There are plenty of people outside the widow girl’s house. She questions her parents about where and how she might disappear. We killed the boy who was going to run away with her before they met, but she was missing!
Bhima and Bala reach the boy’s house and learn the terrible truth. They rejoice that society has killed a boy who embarrasses them by doing so. Bala and Bhima decide to return home.
The girl’s father vows to kill her as soon as she finds her daughter. The man brings the villager out of Satara. She is in Satara. Now go and kill her! The man of Satara tells them everything. The villagers swear and vow to kill her but they tell her to atone for it by killing the girl’s father. If you kill her we greet you magnificently or we will sell everything! Her parents vow to kill her. If we fail to do so we will not return.
Satara’s man tells the girl’s parents to make sure that Bhima and her family don’t know about their plan or that no one can do anything. They smoke. What will they interfere with our daughter? If they interrupt us we will not save them! That guy says what they do, especially Bhima. The girl’s mother says if he tries to do anything, I’ll break his legs.
The girl calls Bhima. Bhimbai tells her that they are not yet back but they will be back soon. They say I’m worried. Hope the message is forwarded. Ram Ji tells him to stay in his room. He will be coming home soon. Bela asks Bhimai whether Bhima is always like this. When someone needs help he steps up and he does it all. Bhimbai nodded. He is just like that. They keep telling us that life means everything. Ram Ji says I am his father but I learn many things from him sometimes. I often think that if I had been a Bhima as a child I would have changed things a little bit. I believe that our son will change things. Bela seconded him. I hope I never would have met you or Bhima if my house had not been set on fire. This is complete destiny. He looks at the polar head and then goes inside.
Bala feels bad for the girl. Her family does not accept her now and neither does her lover. Bhima says that every lock is said to have a key. We don’t know where that key is. Otherwise we should hide her truth from everyone as they try to kill her.
