The company claims that Airtel Black is offering customers preferential customer service so that users can connect with the customer care representative within 60 seconds. Airtel also said that the TV service will not be disconnected to any user of the Airtel Black scheme. The company is offering Extreme Box Set-Top Box for Airtel Black users with a refund of Rs 1500.
