Ingredients for making ram laddu –
-250g Moong Dal
-100 g g dal
– 1 tbsp chat spice
-Two tablespoons of ginger paste
– Four finely chopped green chillies
– Salt to taste
– Oil for frying
– grated radish

To lather up the ram, first rinse the lens with a swatch clean, and then soak them in water for seven to eight hours. After that, grind it into a coarse powder. Then add the chat masala, ginger paste, raw chilli, asafoetida and salt and beat for 10 to 15 minutes with your hands, then heat the oil. Once the oil is hot, mix the prepared mixture with your hands and make a rounded shaped laddus. Then fry these ladles in a medium saucepan until golden. After roasting, serve it with sour chutney and radish.
