Euro Cup: Six players called for cover after Corona virus cases

Prior to the European Football Championships, Sweden called on all six Bio-Reserve players to be trained in their biological bubble before any chance of positive cases of the corona virus. The teams live in a bio-safe environment during the Euro Cup.

Two players from Sweden’s Euro 2020 squad, Dejan Kulusevskiy and Matias Schweinberg, have been separated since learning of the Kovid-19 positive on Tuesday. With Isaac Keesey Thelin, Jasper Carlson, Joaquim Nielsen, Jacob Rinne, Matias Johansson and Nicklas Halde, 24 of the main team will be coached by the Swedish Under-21 coach Poya Eshbagi.

Sweden will play their first match of the tournament against Spain on Monday. The Euro Cup is set to start on Saturday (June 12). Finland will play against Turkey, Italy, Wales against Switzerland and Denmark. The final of the Euro Cup will be held on July 12.
