South Africa’s legendary batsman Faf du Plessis batted heavily in the world’s biggest league before kicking off IPL 2021. He has scored 320 runs in seven matches while playing for Chennai Super Kings. This includes four fifties. Du Plessis is now ready to play in the Pakistan Super League. Du Plessis, who played under MS Dhoni in the IPL, will now be led by former Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed.
The sixth season of PSL begins again on June 9. Sarfaraz, Virat Kohli and Dhoni have compared the leadership in an interview with Du Plessis. MS Dhoni is very quiet and doesn’t speak much on the field. Sarfaraz Ahmed is exactly the opposite of Virat Kohli. He keeps talking to the players and bowlers.

Du Plessis’ record as a leader is good. He captained South Africa in 26 Tests. Of these, 18 wins and 15 losses. He captained 76 matches including ODIs and T20s. In which he won 51 and lost 23. Sarfaraz will be captained by Quetta Gladiators but Du Plessis will be happy to give his input if needed.
He said Sarfaraz is clearly a Pakistani leader. I always enjoy playing under different leaders. I want to see what kind of leadership they do. I am very excited about leadership. So it’s good to see how they lead the team. I also give them inputs if needed.
