Former fast bowler of India and current head coach of Mumbai, Salil Ankola, gave information on Kovid-19. He said he has been positive in the corona virus investigation, via Facebook and Instagram. Ankola, who played Tests and 20 ODIs for India, said: “Tomorrow is my birthday and today I am struck by Kovid-19. Birthday that will never be forgotten. I am scared to face it but I need everyone’s prayers.
Chief selector Salil Ankola played his only Test match against Pakistan in 1989, which was Sachin Tendulkar’s debut. Angola played 54 first-class matches nationally, taking 181 wickets in his name. Salil Ankola retired from cricket at the age of 28 to make her television debut.
