They ask for Aadhaar card and OTP for verification in the name of Kovid vaccine delivery. Your information can be used to deceive. So don’t give this kind of information to anyone on the phone.

It’s totally fake. However, there is an organization called Drug Controller General of India (DCGI), which is licensed and licensed for medicines and medical devices in the country.
