Fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah has been the backbone of Indian cricket’s bowling for some time. He has been counted among the best bowlers in the world for his ability to adapt to all forms of cricket. However, Bumrah has suffered many injuries due to his unorthodox move. Because of this, they have not played many matches for Team India. Former New Zealand captain Richard Headley and former New Zealand captain Bumrah have long felt it may be difficult to play cricket.
Richard Headley, in an ICC press release, said how long Jaspreet will play cricket is yet to be decided. I doubt they will suffer more injuries than other fast bowlers, their action is more classic and better. Some of his injuries can prove to be quite serious as he puts a lot of stress and pressure on his body. I hope his career doesn’t end with an injury because he’s so happy to see him bowling. Batsmen create problems for batsmen by moving the ball with their speed, bounce, wind and pitch.
Legendary Kiwi player Richard Hadley replied: “Which team is the favorite in the final of the World Test Championships?”
He said Bumrah fits into the traditional category. Because they don’t even have a runup. His technique is excellent and he has proved it effective. He is a bowler who uses much of his power and speed when releasing the ball. It is difficult to train bowlers with such tactics and I think any coach will avoid doing this because it hurts bowlers. I think some young people might try to emulate them. Notably, the final of the World Test Championships between India and New Zealand will begin on June 18 in the Southampton-era Bowl. Bumrah last played for India at Fourie this year. He will return to Team India with this match.
