How to make a poha cutlet for breakfast

Eating poha for breakfast is very beneficial, but if you want to try a spicy recipe of poha, you can try poha cutlets. Come on, let’s learn the recipe-

Material
Poha – 2 cups
Baked Potatoes – 3
Grated cheese – 1/4 cup
Grated carrot – 1/4 cup
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tbsp
Chat spice powder – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tbsp
Finely chopped ginger – 1 piece
Finely cut – 2
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Processed flour – 2 tbsp
Coriander – 4 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Oil is essential
Salt – Depending on the taste

Method
Wash the poha for a few seconds with water and leave to dry for 10 minutes. Peel the baked potatoes and stir well. Put mashed potatoes, carrots, paneer, salt, pepper powder, garam masala powder, chat masala powder, red chilli powder, ginger, coriander, green chillies and lemon juice in a skillet. Mix the mixture well. Now make the cutlets with this mixture. Pour all purpose flour into a pan and add water to it and make a thin paste. Add a little salt and pepper powder to this paste. In this paste, dip each cutlet with all-purpose flour and then roll on bread crumbs. Heat the pan, add some oil to it, and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown. Serve it with coriander-mint sauce.
