The ICC World Test Championships have seen a major shift in the point table. India won the second Test of the four-Test series against England by 317 runs. With this win, Team India have slipped to second place in the ICC World Test Championship points table and England have fallen to fourth place. The final match of the first season of the ICC World Test Championship will be held in June, with New Zealand already qualified for the final and after which the team will be in India, England or Australia. After a four-day lunch break, India won the match against England and won the series 1-1. India lost the first Test by 227 runs. Both matches were played at MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.
