Increase in coronary artery infection rate decreases, 2138 laboratories run tests nationwide

The Ministry of Health said on Wednesday that the country’s infection rate has been lowered due to the ongoing extensive investigation. The ministry emphasized that the decline in the rate of infection at the national level has helped to effectively prevent the spread of the infection.

There is a steady decline in the overall infection rate. It reached 6.84 percent, while the daily infection rate was 3.83 percent. The laboratory has been expanded to test corona virus samples. It is currently being tested in 2138 laboratories. It has 1167 government and 971 private laboratories.

The number of tests for a population of 10 million is five times the World Health Organization (WHO) standard, the ministry said. On Wednesday, 44,376 new cases of Kovid-19 were found. Of these, 76.51 cases were from 10 States and Union Territories. Delhi has the highest number of 6224 cases. There were 5439 cases in Maharashtra followed by 5420 cases in Kerala.
