IND vs AUS: Tim Paine’s decision to take the DRS proved wrong again, with fans trolling furiously on Twitter

The fourth and final Test of the four-match Test series between India and Australia is taking place at Brisbane’s Gaba Field. By the lunch time of the third day, India had lost four wickets and seemed to be in trouble. Josh Hazelwood led the kangaroo team to their first success of the day as Cheteshwar Pujara (25). Following this, the fast bowler Mitchell Starc, who was yearning for a wicket in the series, got his big wicket of captain Ajinkya Rahane (37). Meanwhile, Australia captain Tim Paine’s decision to take on the DRS once proved wrong, with fans then trolling on Twitter.

In fact, the 49th over of the Indian innings was going on and Pat Cummins was bowling. Cummins threw the fifth delivery of the over, hitting Mayank Agarwal’s Thai pad into the hands of Tim Paine, which the Australian players strongly appealed to, but the on-field umpire called it a note. After this, Kangaroo team captain Tim Paine used the DRS and clearly showed that in the replays the ball was hit by Meek’s Thai pad. In this way, Australia lost their criticism. Even in the Sydney Test, Penn had a similar criticism against the players and the batsman was still declared a knockout. Penn is trolling about his DRS decision.

On the second day of the Test, Australia were all out for 369. For the team, Marnus LaBushen played a century, batting superbly, giving captain Tim Paine 50. For India, Natarajan and Washington Sundar took three wickets each while Shardul Thakur took three wickets. The four-match series is currently 1–1.
