India-China stand: Congress announces dissolution in East Ladakh, bid to surrender to China

Congress attacked the Modi government on Sunday at the Center for the Prevention of Cooperation with China in East Ladakh. Former defense minister and senior Congress leader AK Antony accused the country of not emphasizing national security when the country was currently in a two-pronged war with China and Pakistan. He said the allocation to the defense sector in the budget was too low and it was a betrayal of the country when faced with many challenges that borders. He said the surrender was to retreat from the Galvan Valley and Pangong So (lake) and create a buffer zone.

Congress leader A.K. Anthony told the press, “When India is facing a war-like situation on two fronts across the border, the government must support the armed forces.” China’s borders are increasing infrastructure and military power mainly in eastern Ladakh, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh had recently told Parliament about the East Ladakh case that India had lost nothing in its deal with the dragon. China, too, has realized India’s resolve. He said that if India puts its troops in the Dhan Singh Thapa post in the North, China will keep its forces in the Finger 3 area. The old condition will be restored soon. The same situation prevails in the South Post. The patrol will also be temporarily postponed.

The entire India-China border needs 24 hours of surveillance, AK Antony said. Our army is ready, but they need the support of the government and the country. China is modernizing its military, building infrastructure. We must support our soldiers in the same way. He said it would be good to relieve the pressure, but it should not be at the expense of national security. “Galvan and Pangong So are a one-way separation,” he alleged. We are surrendering our rights.

‘Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is spreading confusion by deceiving the country’
In the past, Congress has accused the government of playing with the country’s security and territorial integrity after Defense Minister Rajnath Singh made a statement in parliament on the chaos that is taking place at the Chinese border. The Congress claims that the defense minister has only done the job of misleading the country and spreading confusion. Former party president Rahul Gandhi had questioned why the government was insulting the soldiers’ sacrifice. He tweeted, “The lack of status quo in the past does not signify any peace.
