IPL 2020 RCB vs RR Devdutt padikkal responds after yuvraj singh invited him for six hitting contest

For the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), Indian Premier League (IPL) opener Devadatta Padikkal has impressed with his batting in the current season. Veteran cricketers have praised Padiqkal, Padiqkal has hit three half-century in the first four games. Padiqkal had scored 63 runs against Rajasthan Royals on Saturday (October 3) and played a key role in RCB’s win. After this innings, former cricketers Yuvraj Singh made a tweet about Padikkal and to which the young batsman also gave a brilliant reply.

RCB had lost the first wicket for 25 runs, after which Padyakkal teamed up with captain Virat Kohli for a 99-run partnership to bring the team back on track. Both Padikkal and Virat studded Hafsenchuri in the match. Padikkal was dismissed for 63 off 45 balls, during this innings he had six fours and a six off his bat. Virat returned not out scoring 53 off 53 balls. Yuvraj Singh praised Virat and Padikkal via Twitter.

He wrote, ‘Form is always class is always there! I have never seen Virat Kohli out of form in the last eight years, which is amazing. Padikkal is batting really well and batting with him will have to see who gets more big shots. Responding to this tweet, Padikkal wrote, ‘AAP is not a competition. You have learned to flick. Always wanted to bat with you, let’s do it. ‘ The Rajasthan Royals won the toss and batted first, scoring 154 runs for six wickets in 20 overs, in response RCB won the match by eight wickets for 158 runs in 19.1 overs.
