IPL 2021: Akash Chopra not selected for XI, Johnny Bairstow and Jason Roy playing Sunrisers Hyderabad

The 14th season of the Indian Premier League begins on April 9. The five-time champion Mumbai Indians will face Royal Challengers Bangalore in the first match of the tournament. Sunrisers Hyderabad, led by David Warner, looks very balanced this year and the team also has good foreign players. However, selecting eleven to play in the early games is a difficult task for the team. Meanwhile, former Indian batsman and commentator Akash Chopra has picked eleven players to play in Hyderabad for IPL 2021. Akash does not replace the explosive batsmen of his squad, such as Johnny Bairstow and Jason Roy.

Maxwell said he was not surprised why it was sold for Rs 14.25 crore

Talking about the Sunrisers Hyderabad team on his YouTube channel, Akash said the Warner-led team could perform well this season and challenge the Mumbai Indians. “There are some great foreign players in Hyderabad and the team can travel to the final,” Akash said. Wriddhiman Saha was chosen as the opener along with former Indian cricketer David Warner in the XI’s playing XI in Hyderabad. He is followed by Kane Williamson at third, Manish Pandey at fourth and Kedar Jadhav at fifth.

Akash recommends feeding Vijay Shankar, Abdul Samad and Abhishek Sharma to sixth place. Former opener Rashid Khan and Mohammad Nabi have been selected as two spin bowlers. At the same time, he has added Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Sandeep Sharma and T Natarajan in their XI XI for fast bowling. If Rashid thinks he will be named the Purple Cap at the end of this season, Akash has said that David Warner’s bat will be more of a hit. Sunrisers Hyderabad will face Kolkata Knight Riders in their first match.
