IPL 2021: Parthiv Patel says Mumbai Indians will not miss home ground, team has the best playing XI

Former wicketkeeper-batsman Parthik Patel believes that the Mumbai Indians will not make much of a difference in their home field in the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League. Mumbai has the best eleven players and the team led by Rohit Sharma will not have to spoil much by playing eleven matches in the entire tournament, Parthiv said. IPL 2021 will start from 9th April. Mumbai Indians will face Royal Challengers Bangalore in the first match of the tournament.

“This is why Mumbai Indians dominate the IPL,” Akash Chopra said

Speaking on the Star Sports show, Parthiv Patel said: ‘I don’t think Mumbai Indians will be thinking about where they will play their next match. Each team is thinking about where they want to play their first game and, as you know, they try their players so they can continue with their best XI in the tournament. If they play in Chennai, you expect some spinners, but I don’t think they should think much about playing XI, according to Mumbai Indians. Hardik Pandya has been bowling a little over four overs. Pollard bowls his slow balls quite spectacularly, which is very effective in the Chennai wicket. And apparently, Rahul Chahar’s IPL was excellent and after some good performances he was selected in the Indian team. Krunal’s four overs and his form in domestic cricket, then I’ll go with it.

Scott Styris has said which teams will capture the IPL 2021 trophy

Mumbai Indians have won the IPL trophy five times. Named for the title last year, Mumbai became the second team in the IPL to retain their title after Chennai. For the third consecutive year, the team will be eyeing this trophy in IPL 2021. Mumbai won the title in the final of the 13th season of the Indian Premier League in the UAE, defeating the Delhi Capitals.
