Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt has shown his support for Virat Kohli’s Royal Challengers Bangalore team before the IPL 2021 begins. Bolt, an eight-time Olympic gold medalist, shared the post on social media wearing the RBC team’s new jersey. He also wrote a special message for the Virat team. RCB captain Virat and team-mate AB De Villiers have responded to the post.

Bolt shared the photo on Twitter and wrote in his caption, ‘Challengers, I want to say I’m the fastest cat right now.’ Bolt tagged this photo with Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers and Royal Challengers Bangalore. In response, AB wrote, ‘We know what to call when we need more runs.’

The Virat Kohli-led RCB will start their campaign against defending champion Mumbai Indians on Friday. Since the tournament began in 2008, the team has never been able to win a title. Apart from Kohli and De Villiers, the team also includes big players such as Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell and New Zealand’s Kyle Jamison.
