Is Corona getting worse again? Approximately 17,000 new cases emerge in a single day

In the last 24 hours, more than 16,000 new cases of corona infection have been reported, and 138 people have died in the country amid an escalating corona epidemic. According to statistics from the Union Health Ministry, 16,738 new cases of coronation have been registered in the country in the last 24 hours. This figure is higher than the previous one.

Cases of coronavirus in Maharashtra are on the rise again. The state recorded 8,807 new cases in the last 24 hours. 80 people have also died. 2772 people have been released. Besides, 1,167 cases were reported in Mumbai. According to the State Health Department, the total number of corona cases in Maharashtra has risen to 21,21,119. Of these, 20,08,623 were also seized. While the number of active cases was 59,358, the total number of deaths rose to 51,937.

At the same time, after more than a month in Mumbai’s slum dharvi, the number of Kovid-19 cases reached double digits on Wednesday and 10 new cases were reported. Earlier, 10 cases of coronavirus infection were reported in Dharavi on January 17, and since then the daily cases have remained in single digits or zero. The official said 33 Kovid-19 patients are currently undergoing treatment in the area.

The situation in Delhi is also not good. The total number of cases was 6,38,373, while 10,905 people died. On Wednesday, a coronavirus infection was still found in 200 people and two more people were infected. The infection rate here is 0.36 per cent, officials said.
