James Bond actor Daniel Craig pays tribute to original 007 Sean Connery

James Bond actor Daniel Craig paid tribute to Sir Sean Connery, the original 007, after his death on Saturday (local time).
The latest James Bond film ‘No Time to Die’ actor’s statement was posted on 007’s official Instagram account.
“Daniel Craig’s statement:” It was with such sadness that I heard of the passing of one of the true greats of cinema. Sir Sean Connery will be remembered as a Bond and many more. ”
The 52-year-old actor admired Sir Sean Connery’s work and said his wit and charm can only be measured in “mega watts”.
“They have defined the era and style. The versatility and charm they portray on screen can be measured in mega watts; they helped create a modern blockbuster,” the statement read.
The statement read: “He’s going to influence actors and filmmakers over the next few years. My thoughts are with his family and loved ones. Wherever he is, I think there’s a golf course.”
Actor Sean Connery, best known for his role as James Bond, passed away on Saturday at the age of 90.
The Scottish-born actor has been an audience favorite for more than 40 years and is one of the most trusted and distinguished leading men on screen.
