If the cheese is real or fake, mark it this way-
The first way-
Try mixing a piece of paneer with your hand. If the paneer begins to separate, the paneer is fake, because the skim milk powder in it does not tolerate much pressure, so when crushed it begins to crumble.
Another way-
Boil the paneer in water and let it cool. Now try adding some drops of iodine to this paneer. If the color of the paneer turns blue, your paneer should be mixed and the person should avoid it.
Third way –
True paneer is not hard, but adulterated paneer is stiffer and stretches like rubber when eaten.
Fourth way-
Once the paneer is boiled and chilled, add soybean or tur dal powder and check after 10 minutes. If the color of the paneer gradually turns red, it is fake because it is mixed with detergent or urea in the paneer.
Eating adulterated cottage cheese can cause stomach aches, headaches and skin diseases. This often leads to typhoid, jaundice, ulcer, diarrhea.
