The episode begins with Samira sitting on the edge of the bathtub when Kuldeep comes in and asks about her, and when he asks her to tell him this, she misses him, she shows him a pregnancy kit and is shocked. She reminds him of going to Shubra for Carvacouth, but he tells her to go nowhere.
