Mumbai skipper Prithvi Shah holds the world record in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. The record for the highest individual score as a captain in List A Cricket is now set in Shah’s name. The record was previously held by Graeme Pollock, who scored 222 against Border in East London. Prithvi Shah holds the world record for scoring 227 runs against Puducherry. Virender Sehwag, who sits at No. 3 on the list, has scored 219 runs in ODIs against West Indies in Indore.

Rohit Sharma, who scored 208 not out as captain in ODIs against Sri Lanka in Mohali, is fourth. Mumbai skipper Shah played an innings of 152 balls with 31 fours and five sixes.
