Learn an easy recipe for Papad Raita’s spicy lunch toast

There are different types of raita that people love to eat. Today we are telling you the recipe for making papad raita –

Topic:
Milk curd – 1/2 kg
‘Fried Masala Papad – 3’
Cumin powder – 1/2 tbsp
‘Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp’ finely chopped coriander – 4 tbsp salt – depending on taste

Method:
Pour the yogurt in a pot and whisk well. Mix the cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt. Keep in the fridge for two hours. Before serving, add the coriander leaves and broken papad into small pieces and serve.
