16 hours speed

Malaika Arora said that she eats all day and fast for 16 hours after a meal. She told Etims that she was having dinner between 7-7.30pm, then she wouldn’t eat anything until the morning. She breaks her fast after 16 to 18 hours.

Eat nuts first

Malaika said they start the day with lukewarm water. That said, you can take ghee, coconut oil, coconut water or cumin. Malaika says she breaks her fast with nuts. She takes mixed nuts. At lunch, she eats a good meal with carbohydrates and good fats.

Take protein at night

Malaika will take snacks in the evening and then have dinner at 7-7.30pm. At Dinner, she eats only home-cooked food and puts vegetables, meat, eggs, legumes in it. She doesn’t take anything after Dinner.
