The country’s largest car company, Maruti Suzuki India (MSI), on Monday said it will increase the price of all its models by next month to cover the rising cost of raw materials.
In a report to the stock market, the company’s vehicles have been affected by the increase in raw material prices since last year. According to the company, “the company needs to increase vehicle prices and deliver some portion of the additional costs to consumers by April 2021.”
If the bank doesn’t finish work this week, you should wait until April 4, when there are plenty of holidays in April.
The price hike will vary for different models, the statement said. However, the company did not say how much it will increase vehicle prices next month. Earlier, on January 18 this year, Maruti Suzuki had announced a price hike of Rs 34,000 on select models.
