Ingredients for making aloo tikki –
1 cup baked potatoes peeled
– Cup boiled green peas
1 tbsp chat spice
-1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp green coriander leaves
– teaspoon red chilli powder
– Salt to taste
– Oil for frying

How to tick Aloo –
To make the aloe tickle, first peel the potatoes and stir well. Now put all the ingredients in a pot and mix well. Now divide this whole potato spice into 6 parts and make a round. Press it with your hand and give it a little tickle to shape. In a non-stick pan or tawa (griddle), heat the ghee and cook in a medium saucepan until the ticks turn golden brown from both sides. Now when crisp, take the hot ticks and serve them with green chutney or sauce.
