MPSC Exam 2021: Maharashtra Public Service Commission Exam Postponed, to be held on April 11

MPSC exams 2021: The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has postponed its recruitment test due to the increasing corona infection on April 11. It is said that about 4 lakh candidates had to sit for the Maharashtra Secondary Service Non-Gazetted Group B Joint Pre-Exam. Candidates were demanding the postponement of the test for several days because of the corona situation in the state. The meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, was decided to postpone the MPSC exam. However, no decision has yet been made on the new date. It will be reported later.

According to figures released on Friday morning, India has reported 1,31,968 new cases of Kovid-19 in the last 24 hours, of which 53.84 are in Maharashtra alone. Of the 780 people killed by the virus in the past 24 hours, 376 are from Maharashtra.

Meanwhile, the Maharashtra Education Department has dismissed the possibility of postponing the 10th and 12th exams. The department said the tests will be held according to the scheduled schedule. The 10th and 12th exams will start from April 23, according to a data sheet released by the Maharashtra Council.
