The Narcotics Control Bureau on Wednesday arrested Parvez Khan alias Chinku Pathan, an aide of Don Dawood Ibrahim, who fled the drug case. According to officials, some drugs were also seized from him.
Notably, Pathavan is a notorious drug dealer and many cases are already pending against him. He has been in contact with some drug addicts who have been detained by the NCB in recent months. The team, led by NCB regional director Sameer Wankhede, seized Khan on specific information. Chinku Pathan is a relative of Karim Lala who was active in the criminal world in Mumbai from the 1960s to the early 80s.
