Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has seized the banned drug ‘Mephedrone’ from Mumbai for a price of Rs 15 lakh. All three have been arrested in the case. According to an NCB official, the agency raided a flat in Mahim area late Monday night on intelligence grounds.
The estimated value of ‘forfeited’ mefedrone is Rs 15 lakh. The investigation team has arrested three people and is being interrogated. The NCB last month launched a major drug raid in South Mumbai’s Dongri region.

Parvez Khan alias Chinku Pathan, an aide of the fugitive Mafia kingpin Dawood Ibrahim, has been arrested for drug possession. Arif Bhujwala, who set up a drug unit in the Dongri area, has also been arrested.
