The serial begins with the sun revealing the aggressor’s face. Seeing Sangili is shocked. The latter says he will not leave anyone in the Annammal family and runs away, pushing the sun. Surya goes to check on Chandru who is crying in pain. He inquires if there is any hospital nearby. Chandru says there are only village doctors nearby. Surya and Anu support Chandru to take her to the village doctor. He puts oil on the leg and gives it medicine. He says he heals by morning. Chandru falls asleep.
Raji wonders where Chandru went. Jayanti tells her that Chandra took Anu to the temple. The one who refused to come to the temple voluntarily agreed to take Anu. The compromise did not like it. She leaves angrily. Pushba is worried about hearing her talk. She tries Anu’s phone, but it’s switched off.
Jayanti asks Pushba to switch off her phone and not worry. Chandru and Anu can spend some time together and it is good to have a heart to heart conversation, he says. She asks Anu not to be angry when she returns. She was leaving. Pushba wonders why Anu’s phone is switched off. She is angry that she left without telling Anu.
While Chandru is asleep, Surya suggests sitting in the car. They walk around looking at each other and laughing and enjoying the moment. He reaches the car. Anu asks if he should spend the whole night in the car. The sun suggests to sit outside. Anu Sayya It’s too cold. Surya checks the trunk of the car. They find the hull. He envelops Anu with that will. He puts some papers on the floor. Anu sits on it. Surya goes to fetch some sticks and creates a camp fire. Surya and Anu sit together and enjoy the camp fire. Surya asks why she suddenly wanted to go to the temple.
The sun tells an anecdote about a little girl who ichs to place the sun next to her, and she realizes that if she lit the diya in the temple, she would be with the sun for the rest of her life. The girl believes it and goes to the temple. Surya asks if this is a Kaligabal temple. Anu smiles yes.
Pushba phone to the sun. The latter asks Anu to answer the call. Pushba asks what she is doing with Sun’s phone and scolds her for not telling her where she is. Anu comforts her and says that she and Chandru are with the sun. Pushba asks why her phone is switched off, Anu says her phone is dead. She tells Pushba what happened on her way back from the temple and asks her not to tell anyone in the house until they return. Pushba asks her to come home immediately. Anu says they cannot come now because the car is broken and Chandru is asleep after taking medicine. They come after Chandru wakes up. Pushba asks Surya to give her a phone. She asks him to look after Anu. Surya assures her that he will.
Jayanti asks if she is at ease now. She says there is no need to worry. Pushba says the girl’s mother’s heart worries. Jayanti agrees. She also worries if Lila doesn’t reach home. Pushba goes to sleep.
Surya asks what Anu had said. Anu says that she worries about her, but after she knows she is with him she is at ease. Anu asks in his mind if he will always be with her. Surya replies in his mind that he will always be with her.
Anu says she is hungry. Surya goes to eat something. He brings fruits to her. Surya says he should not be hungry when he is with her. They have fruits. Anu feels that she should be happy that the businessman is doing all this for her or that she is looking after her. They share a moment. When Surya says that she saw a snake going to fetch fruit, Anu is horrified and goes to the sun. She’s scared all around. Surya smiles. Raju is angry that Chandru goes to the temple with Anu without telling him and expresses it to her husband Shanmugam.
Surya tells Anu that she saw Lila with the boy while returning from the market. Anu says they can only be friends. The sun is certain that they are lovers. They decided to go to Vellore Kottai tomorrow. If her family knows it, he will have a problem there. Anu agrees. They say Annammal gets angry if she knows Lila loves someone without her knowledge. There is nothing wrong with loving someone, but she says not to love a wrong person. Surya feels she cannot express her love. Anu feels that she is waiting for him to accept his love. Anu says she is asleep. Surya still lays some papers on the floor. Anu sleeps. Surya admires her.
