Janakinath asks Sarath who taught Subhash the Swadeshi poem. Prabha says she is also questioning the same. Sarath says he has taught his poetry to Subhi and urges Subhi to tell the truth. Pramila, who is watching Anu, says that someone else is also involved. Subi reminds Surat to insist that she was taught poetry.
Says Subhi Sarath. Tauji rebukes Sarath, saying that he is getting into trouble by inserting his theory into it. According to Sharat, Subhi did not hear the poem at the time of Durham, he had read it once before Subhi and did not know that he was reciting it to the younger Swami. Janaki police accompany Sharath to Anderson’s home about Subhi’s arrest. Subhi walked out and Anderson did not chastise him and instead praised his poems. Janaki and Sarat stand in shock when they hear it. Anderson enters Janaki’s house on the orders of the British officer, disguised as a maid, to spy on Janaki’s family.
Pricap: A British officer in maid’s disguise demands to work for Prabha. Prabha agrees with Subhi’s request. Subhi tries to cut the cake that was gifted to Anderson, but Prabha stops him. She sees the maid / officer spying and asks what he is doing there.
